Good Day to All,
As part of the Immaculate Conception Knights of Columbus Council 6326 Hurricane Ida Relief efforts, we will be collecting items for different areas of need over the next three weeks.
The specific dates are:
Tuesday, September 14th, from 4 until 6 PM.
Thursday, September 16th, from 4 until 6 PM.
Tuesday, September 21st, from 4 until 6 PM.
Thursday, September 23rd, from 4 until 6 PM.
Tuesday, September 28th, from 4 until 6 PM.
Thursday, September 30th, from 4 until 6 PM.
Items will be collected at the Immaculate Conception Early Learning Center (ELC) Drive-through drop-off portal, 865 Hatchell Lane, Denham Springs, LA 70726.
Requested Items:
- Non-perishable food items
- Personal Hygiene items and diapers (for people in shelters)
- Tarps and tarp nails
- Gift cards (Exxon, Shell, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Target, Wal-Mart)
- Tools (rakes, hammers and crowbars, shovels)
- General Cleaning supplies (paper towels, mops, brooms & dustpans, masks, 5-gallon buckets, towels for cleaning, bleach, disinfectant cleaners, hand sanitizers)
- Heavy duty garbage bags
- Heavy duty gloves
- Fix-a-flat cans
- Bug spray (body & yard)
- Charcoal
- Portable grills
- Carbon Monoxide detectors
- Generators & locks (being stolen)
- Gas cans & Gas
- Chain saws
- Flashlights and Batteries
- AC 110 units
- Cash Donations – Catholic Charities, Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, or Diocese of Baton Rouge
