This weekend, our council will be hosting a Church Membership Drive at each mass and your help will be greatly appreciated. This includes the 4:00 pm ICC Mass on Saturday, Sunday ICC Masses: 7:00 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am, and 6:00 pm, and the 9:00 am mass at the Mission.
The following help is needed to make this successful:
4-5 knights arrive 45 minutes early to greet and welcome parishioners to mass, along with passing out a small gift of appreciation (a scripture encouragement bookmark)
- Pulpit Speech will be given at each mass at the end (Brice – 4 pm, 7 am, 9 am; Daniel – 9 am Mission; Olin – 11 am; Joshua – 6 pm) Let me know if you have changed your mind and I will send you guys the speech beforehand.
- 4-5 knights staying after each mass to help answer any questions, sign up members by collecting their contact information, and pass informational goodie bags to members of interest (made 100 bags).
- 3-4 knights helping with Donuts and Coffee for 7 and 9 am masses. Michael is helping with picking up donuts. (Let me know if you can’t anymore).
Please wear KofC attire to church!
Also, help is Needed on the Follow-Up Meeting on Thursday, May 16th. (Meal and Fellowship starts at 6, followed by Membership Signup Help at 6:40, followed by degree video presentation at 7 pm, followed by Insurance Agent Presentation at 7:30 pm).
- 3-4 knights to help cook a meal for 6:00 supper for knights and the guests
- 5-6 knights to help with Signup and Degree Video Presentation – Mainly there for emotional support for our new knight brothers.
