The Retention Committee makes a point to contact every new member before each Council meeting and bring him to the meeting if necessary.
If a new member becomes inactive, the Committee attempts to find out why by direct, face-to-face interaction.
This Committee works to establish caring and concerned relationships among Council members, and encourages members to participate in Council activities. By showing interest in new and old members alike, we confirm our commitment to members and increase their willingness to assist in programs.
